What we collect
When you join the waitlist or sign up for the free course, we collect the name and email address you enter. The waitlist form also asks for your Instagram handle, which is stored with your email in MailerLite. If you email us directly, we have whatever you send us. We do not ask for payment details on this site — enrolment payments are handled by our course platform, which has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for: cohort announcements, the free course, and occasional updates about the program. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We never sell or rent your data.
Email delivery
Our mailing lists are hosted by MailerLite, who store your email address on our behalf so we can send those messages. They do not use it for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga) that recognise a returning visitor and record how you arrived at the site. We use this only to improve the site — we have not enabled Google’s advertising or remarketing features, and we do not build advertising profiles out of Google Analytics. That applies to Google Analytics only, not to the site as a whole — we do run advertising tracking through the Meta Pixel, described below. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.
Meta Pixel
We run the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — a script from Meta that reports what you do here back to our advertising account, so we can tell which ads bring people to the site. It records the pages you visit, whether you joined the waitlist or signed up for the free course, and whether you reached the confirmation page after enrolling. Meta’s automatic advanced matching is switched on, so a signup also sends Meta a hashed — scrambled, not readable — copy of the name and email address you typed, which Meta uses to match you to a Facebook or Instagram account. The pixel sets a cookie (_fbp) that puts you in an audience of recent visitors, which we use to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram for up to 180 days after your visit.
Advertising audiences
Separately from the pixel, we have uploaded our MailerLite subscriber list — around 5,130 email addresses — to Meta as a custom audience, so our ads can reach people already on the list. The addresses are hashed before they are sent, so Meta never receives a readable email address.
Embedded content
Some pages embed video players and testimonial widgets from third parties. When you load a page containing them, those providers can see your IP address and set their own cookies, exactly as if you had visited their site directly. Their privacy policies govern that data, not this one.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. To stop the analytics and pixel tracking described above, block cookies for this site, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. Meta’s own ad settings, under Ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account, let you see which businesses have added you to an audience and limit how your activity is used to target ads.
